The Formaro Puppy Guarantee The health of your puppy is guaranteed for the first two weeks after date of purchase.  Veterinarian expenses are covered if they pertain to a condition that is the kennel's responsibility. If a determination is made that there is a congenital defect that makes your puppy unacceptable, I must receive a written report from ISU or from a veterinarian we both agree upon within the first two years after date of purchase.   After receiving the report, a second puppy from any Formaro litter of your choice is yours at no cost. The dysplastic guarantee covers hips and elbows.  If your puppy is determined to be dysplastic, the pup must be sterilized by your veterinarian and a letter of confirmation from him/her must be sent to me.  I must also receive an OFA report, PENN hip report, or ISU report stating the dysplasia.  This guarantee is good for three years after date of purchase.  If the requirements are met, a second puppy from any Formaro litter of your choice is yours at no cost.
